Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for all customers who purchase FLSUN 3D Printers, meaning you can request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be in new condition or not significantly damaged, with all tags and accessories intact;
  • If the item has been opened or used, it must be in resellable condition with no visible wear or damage;
  • You will also need the proof of purchase or order number.

Return Process

1. To start a return, you can contact us at: contact@flsun3d.com.

2. After contacting us, we will provide you with the return address and return shipping label.

3. Once your return is approved, we will send you the return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Important: Returns that are not pre-approved will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

If the item is faulty, we will provide free repair or replacement. If the item cannot be repaired, we will offer a refund based on the specific situation.

Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of 3D printers, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Damage caused by user error or abnormal usage, such as hardware failure, key component damage, etc.;
  • Consumable items (such as printing filaments, heated beds, accessories, etc.), unless there is a quality issue;
  • Custom products (such as special order or personalized printers and accessories);
  • Software or digital content (such as software or drivers bundled with the printer).

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Fees

  • For returns due to device malfunction or failure to function, we will cover the return shipping costs;
  • For returns due to customer reasons (such as change of mind or dislike), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

According to EU consumer protection laws, for orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without justification. To ensure smooth processing, the returned item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in new condition, and unused, and unopened;
  • All accessories, tags, and packaging must be intact;
  • You will need the proof of purchase or order number.

If you decide to cancel or return your order after receiving the item, please contact us within 14 days.

Refund Policy

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
